Yes. You choose who repairs your vehicle. Washington insurance regulations (WAC 284-30-390) require insurers to communicate in good faith with the repair facility chosen by the claimant and prohibit requiring unreasonable travel to a specific shop. See our After an Accident guide for details.

How do I get an estimate?

Do I have to pay a deductible?
If you are claiming through your own policy (insured), your deductible is set by your policy and due at pickup. If another driver’s insurer is paying (claimant), there is normally no deductible.
Can I get a rental car?
We arrange rentals through Enterprise. Rental coverage depends on your policy if you are the insured; as a claimant, the other party’s insurer typically provides alternate transportation. We also provide a local shuttle.
